{Tidal Potomac Fly Rodders} Re: Bull Run today...chocolate milk or fishable?

I often use this site to check past rainfall:

http://water.weather.gov/precip/

Looks like 0.25" to 0.5" rain fell on the headwaters of Bull Run. At my office in Chantilly, we had a 5 minute downpour yesterday but that was it. I think it might be OK.
