{Tidal Potomac Fly Rodders} Potomac at Riverbed Park .. how hot's the water?

Hi everyone,

Rod here, new to the group but fish the Potomac often. I'm thinking of heading to the river at Riverbed Park 9/9/16 around

sunrise, but I'm concerned that the water may be too warm. Any thoughts? Thanks a bunch!
