I haven't been up there in several weeks, but the lower parking area where you walk adjacent to that farm where the guy waters stuff using old bleach bottles with little holes poked in them always holds fish.  If you walk up from the private "rope" across the stream to the pool where the spring seeps into the creek, there is a big rock you can stand on and highstick nymphs through a cut.  The last time we were there we had the whole lower stretch to ourselves and a #18 (any) nymph pulled out 5-6 fish back to back.

There's a long stretch of frog water between the rope and the 1st riffle that holds some really, really large trout.  Given the lack of flow and the brush on both banks, I've never figured out a good way to fish it.  That said, there are nearly always entire indicator rigs lining the trees.
