{Tidal Potomac Fly Rodders} Re: Beer Tie Monday, March 14 with Huge Raffle to Support Friends of Fletcher's Cove

Thanks everyone for the generosity and amazing turnout, we completely crushed my expectations last night selling $725 of raffle tickets, with all proceeds going to Friends of Fletcher's Cove. We are helping chip away at their goal for phase one of the project, and helping spread the word of the siltation issue at the cove. We are also working on other fundraising options that can bring in some bigger chunks change.

We'd especially like to thank those who donated raffle prizes:
St. Croix for the 9' 6wt Imperial fly rod
Carl Zmola for the custom 9' 4wt fly rod
Art Noglak of Orvis Tyson's for donating the Lamson and Orvis reels and fly tying materials

And thanks to all of you that donated flies to FFC as well to help with their future fundraising efforts. These will be used to sweeten the deal on personal donations to the cause, with a minimum donation getting a half dozen or so shad flies.
