Re: {Tidal Potomac Fly Rodders} National Geographic Snakehead Article

FYI regarding the incapacitation of the NSH – By turning a 30 lb. Boga Grip upside down you basically turn it into a priest  I’ve asked IGFA and Boga Grip about this and they’re so sturdy and well made that it won’t affect the calibration at all.

I’ve knocked a few fish with my Boga over the years and it was still certified by IGFA.

Subject: {Tidal Potomac Fly Rodders} National Geographic Snakehead Article

Joseph Love of the MD DNR spoke with National Geographic in an article published last week about Snakeheads around the DC metro area. Nothing revolutionary but still good to see attention from such a global brand.

Featured a rather graphic portion about the difficult process of "euthanizing" these abominations:

"We encourage people to serrate it, remove its guts or gill arches, or decapitate it (the fastest way).  To subdue it you can knock it on its head but you're unlikely to kill it that way because it has a very thick skull."
