{Tidal Potomac Fly Rodders} N Branch Water Levels

Hi folks - I'm looking to get out on the North Branch of the Potomac (upper and/or lower sections) this coming weekend. I've been up there when water levels are high and it's very difficult (not to mention unsafe) to fish in high water, but I haven't experienced it with lower than normal levels. Just checked USGS and both upper and lower sections are running lower than historical averages. Anyone have thoughts on the how it fishes in lower conditions? I assume it will make it just that much easier to wade and find the fish, but like I said, never been up there under such conditions. Thoughts?

Thanks.
