Well it's too bad that Steve Moore at switchfisher.com turn off his site - you might have found some info, albeit dated there. You could always go looking for his book about the North Potomac, http://amzn.to/1838xL0. I think he's also on this forum on occasion as well. I seem to recall him weighing in on the great debate about whether or not wading for fishing was legal or not.
