This is a reminder to all that the January TPFR BEER TIE is tonight from 7PM-9PM at Whitlow's on Wilson! Our bar opens at 6PM, so get there early to take advantage of happy hour.
Long time TPFRers Karen and Sue recently moved to Vermont, but they dropped off all of their local books, maps, etc. for the club, so we'll be having another book sale. There's a ton of good current titles in there too. Like last month, I'll set them up as a $5 table, $10 table, and $20 table. I should be able to gather enough good stuff together for a raffle as well, so bring some extra CA$H!
We also still have Bruce Mathew's MEGA Fly Fishing Magazine collection to continue to give away. Lots of timeless information in those, and since the fish never read them presumably the tactics all still work! Please plan on grabbing a stack and taking them home for some winter reading.
