Kevin,  Very unlikely.  It's a completely different stream this time of year.  I think the closest trout stream would be Beaver Creek in MD, a spring creek that fishes all year round.  otherwise, the quest for summer trout in VA and MD requires more travel…but it's worth it.  There's the Gunpowder too.
