{Tidal Potomac Fly Rodders} Two guys, one a fly rodder, one a spinfisherman and a canoe - where to go?

Any recommendations on fishing spots next weekend, preferably flatwater in Northern VA or thereabouts? Burke Lake? Occoquan at Fountainhead Reg'l Park?  Thanks.
