I hit 4MR yesterday from around 11:30 til about 3:30. I did very well on bass before 1 PM, then the bite turned off, and the sunfish and white perch went nuts. I got one really nice bass (attached) on an orange boogle bug while fishing it as a popper dropper combo. It really surprised me since it was just after noon and the sun was very bright. I was more using the popper as a strike indicator. There were a bunch of small fish in the outflow - maybe ~1" - that had bright blue backs. If I didn't know any better, I'd think someone released some aquarium fish (again). They looked almost like tetras of some sort. Also saw a big snakehead cruising the shore as I was about to get out of the water across from the outflow. Unfortunately, I had just snipped off my fly, but it booked the second it saw me anyway.
