RE: {Tidal Potomac Fly Rodders} James River

Rainfall in that area is 10-12 inches above normal for the year.  Currently, the James is up about a foot above normal, running fast and pretty dirty.  The ground is saturated and they need dry weather.  If that happens, then it should clear up some and keep coming down.

Headed there for a float trip Saturday: Glasgow to Snowden, about 30 miles upriver of Lynchburg. Anyone fished there lately? Thoughts on how it's fishing and fly recommendations? Thanks!
