That's an excellent question, Brian. I'm hoping to catch my first carp today or tomorrow, also. The only place I know of to find them consistently is in the C&O canal. I hear they're commonly sighted around lock 7, but I haven't been up that far yet. Thinking about easing that way this afternoon.
Any of suggestions would be appreciated.
