I'm happy to paddle so a drive system isn't necessary; don't need a lot of storage/bells&whistles; don't want to spend a lot; portability important (light weight); generous stand-up casting platform.
I kinda like some of the hybrid sit-on/stand-up kayaks, which have a large deck for casting—but they have pretty low freeboard, more like a SUP…
Any thoughts/recommendations?
