DC/NPS enforcement is so lax it's not even "spotty."

Wife and I were fishing at fletchers yesterday evening, got into about 40 shad, one good sized american, a walleye, and 2 stripers! Fantastic evening of fishing as usual, but as we were packing up we saw this on the path by the parking lot.  These look filleted.  Pretty disheartening.
