I was planning to take my dog and Girlfriend to Harper's Ferry (On Saturday) to explore the historic sites and also hike up to Maryland heights.
I also wanted to fish from that rock shelf you can see from google earth on the VA side where the Shenandoah empties into the Potomac, but I saw that there are no parking signs all over 340. Any suggestions?
