{Tidal Potomac Fly Rodders} Boat repair suggestion?

My wife and I own a fiberglass Wilderness Systems Sealution sea kayak that we got as a wedding present almost 20 years ago. It was in great shape...until it fell off the car at 60mph -- along with the other kayak and the kayak carrier and the bike carrier and the two bikes! Fortunately, no one got hurt.

The kayak needs a new rudder along with some fiberglass patching. Wilderness Systems didn't have any suggestions regarding where to get it repaired, other than to call some marinas and see it they can do it.

I'm a terrible DIY person and don't want to even think about trying to do it myself. So I'm wondering if anyone has a suggestion for a marina -- or any other shop/person -- who might be able to do this kind of repair.
