{Tidal Potomac Fly Rodders} Re: policing the potomac

It seems that the snakeheads like to hang out in little pockets by the rocks on the edge of the river near fast running water.

I've been out there on nights where I have literally seen a couple dozen people all working the shoreline with spears or nets looking for snakeheads.

I also hear that they're good eating, but I have yet to catch one!

If someone sees another someone heading down to the river with a home-fashioned spear, what should that someone do? Is there a number to call? Is it worth it?
