{Tidal Potomac Fly Rodders} Re: Fishing 4MR - not where you think

Looks like bluegill are holding on circular redds in pools. I saw fish holding in the pool beneath dog park bridge, and low concrete bridge south of 50, near Long Branch Nature Center. First time I've noticed fish there in 10+ years so I wonder what makes it more amenable this year.
