{Tidal Potomac Fly Rodders} Fishing in the Arlington area.

Howdy y'all, I was forwarded to this group after the Orvis flyfishing 101 class.

Using some google-fu, it seems the places around Arlington include the following areas:
-Tidal Basin
-Constitution gardens
-4 Mile Run
-Fletcher's Cove
-C&O

How fish-able are these areas?
Any tips?

Just trying to knock the rust off from when I was flyfishing as a kid in Ohio.
