{Tidal Potomac Fly Rodders} Cedar Run- White Oak Canyon

Hi folks,

I'm relatively new to the area and this group. 

I'm hiking the Cedar Run- White Oak Canyon circuit in Shenandoah early on 7/12 and wondering whether it would be worth it to bring a rod along. I've read that the water will be low, especially on the Cedar Run side. Any tips on flies, fly-fishing the area, or just to enjoy the hike and wait until fall?
