{Tidal Potomac Fly Rodders} Re: Brook trout are biting now -- report

Hey Gene, I was planning on heading out for some brrokies this weekend. Do you mind me asking what river you and Beth were fishing and proximity?

Thanks,

We thought about the Conway at one point yesterday, and did end up eating at some hole-in-the-wall in Madison..but didn't hit it.  Glad to hear it produced for you as well.  I'm sure ANY of the streams out there would be productive now -- you really don't have any bad choices in the park.

Gene, I went down to the Conway river yesterday for the same purpose, had a good day but I couldn't keep the browns away.  Nice fish in the 8-10 in. Range.  Plan on getting out end of the week after I shovel snow again on Monday. Hope it's the last time this year.
