Don't want to dampen your spirits, but will the fish be awake yet given this long cold winter?
Jeremy's Run is a well known stream but since you have to hike a while to get to it, it doesn't get as much pressure. It can be great in spring when the water's up higher, but I normally fish it a bit later to give the water time to warm up. I'm assuming many of the tribs are dumping in near freezing water right now.
There's a couple other places I go, but not normally until the first week in May, and since I moved to MD its a bit more of a drive.
