You must just be getting super unlucky I have never once seen it shut off. Are you sure you are in the right place?

Does anybody know when the warm water discharge is on at 4mr? are there times or is it like a hit or miss thing?--every time i have gone there this winter it was shut off;i have always wanted to fish it as it is on but its not on
