{Tidal Potomac Fly Rodders} Re: Potomac River Water Level

Forgive me for being clueless, but my head swims with data when I look at these website. How can I determine when the tide is low near Fletcher's Boathouse so I can wade and fish for shad? Help me, Obi-Dan Davala, you are my only hope...
