I always use this chart for tides and compensate whether I am upstream or down: http://tidesandcurrents.noaa.gov/noaatidepredictions/NOAATidesFacade.jsp?Stationid=8594900
Print or save the "Annual PDF" and keep it handy for trip planning. No tide station for the Dagobah system unfortunately.
