Re: {Tidal Potomac Fly Rodders} Fly Fishing in North Myrtle

You should go to tomorrow morning's tying session at Urban Angler (10 am) to learn to tie the Crazy Charlie and the Gotcha.

Seems like those would be good patterns for that area.

Hey All!

I'm going to North Myrtle for a week the second week of April and would love to get some fishing in while I'm there.  Going out with a guide doesn't fit in the budget, but I'd love to head out to a few places I can get to on my own (no boat).

I'll have an 8 wt rod with me, have a collection of clousers and some other deceiver patterns.  I'll have time to do some tying before heading down there, so any fly recommendations are welcome!

Any and all advice is much appreciated!
