Re: {Tidal Potomac Fly Rodders} Re: One of the most vertical movements in years at Little Falls

Spent some time today driving around and checking out conditions on streams & lakes.
Lakes Audubon and Anne in Reston were totally brown. Snakeden and the Glade in Reston both were blown out. However the section of the Glade that was 'improved' seemed to be the least flooded. The tailwater from lake Fairfax totally blown out, as was Difficult Run in Vienna.

Here are some images I took of Accotink X 495 about an hour ago.

That brings up a good question--in times of very high water, what fishing spots in the area are still good to fish?  Maybe some of the little ponds off of the billy goat trail?  Higher up 4 mile run?
