{Tidal Potomac Fly Rodders} Four Mile Run Rig

Anyone have good rigs/flies they use for Four Mile?  Looking to catch anything when I can make a quick run out there for an hour or two, especially with a 6 year old in tow.   He doesn't care what we catch so long as it's flopping. Thanks!--
