I have a vibe Seaghost 130. They are about $900 and come with a paddle and a rudder. I love mine. You can stand in it and it is very comfortable.
If you want an inflatable I might sell mine. I have a Maxxon Caymen that is still in pretty good shape. It can be a single or a double kayak. It would come with 2 paddles, a pump, and the kayak in a bag. It has a skeg and it does paddle pretty good for an inflatable. I fly fished out of it for several years before buying my Sea Ghost. I think that I paid over $400 but I would probably let it go for $200. Air chambers have been replaced and I haven't used the kayak in a year. It is folded up in my closet.
