First off, hi to everyone. 

I'm a recent transplant from southern California and been lurking on the forum for a while... Thanks for all the great info!!

I fished Difficult run yesterday afternoon, water was really nice, not too low and fairly clear. Lot's of little bass (and a couple almost decent sized ones) and panfish too, both on poppers and buggers. I fished mostly upstream from the parking lot and didn't see anyone else fishing the entire time.
