I take novice clients to Four Mile Run. Look for easy wading, nothing to catch on the back cast, and lack of wind for starters, and fish that are not too difficult to catch. I always prefer casting on water over grass if possible. See my comments from the casting instructor thread a few weeks back.

To be clear, "spend a little time in the grass" is slang for smoking pot.  That's an inside joke with Scott here on the message board if you don't know him too well yet.
