How old is the actual raft? And what is that bar over the bow?

I have to part with my raft. Here are the details:Star Raft with custom fishing frame. The raft is a 13 foot, self bailer and has casting platforms in the front and rear for anglers. Not used at all last year and only twice the year before, so I need it to go to a good home. I'm selling it complete with the oars, anchor, and anchor line. The Cataract Oars sell for about $450 and a comparable frame is $650. A new raft will run you over $3k without the frame, oars, or anchor/anchor line! I have it posted to Craigslist if you want to take a look. I included a quick pic since I pulled it out today and cleaned it off.
