Below is a link to the trout stocking schedule. I don't fish for stocked fish often, but NWB Anacostia is close by my house so I fish it occasionally. You could take a metro and/or quick uber ride to access sections of it. MDDNR also has a trout stocking map, if needed. I find that most NWB trout are taken by bait fisherman within hours of opening day. So, skip over the big holes and focus on runs and pocket water. You'll have to work for your fish, but it is rewarding when you find one. It is actually a very nice stream and you'll run into some panfish once it warms a bit.
