I stopped at 4MR around 11:30 this morning expecting there to be some water. Low tide was forecast for 1:55PM. The outflow is about one hour ahead of the river lows. Today it was about three hours ahead. I couldn't get those little guys to latch onto my fly but they really liked the Rebel Pop-R surface plug on the spinner . This big moon must be really affecting the timing of the tides. I'll give it about four hours a ahead tomorrow.
