I used these indicators for the first time this year on the West branch on the Delaware river. they worked very well and obviously did not kink the butt section of my leader. Also very easy to move them up and down the leader. The only down side was that they are considerably heavier than thingamabobber in the same size. It was a lot more difficult to roll cast them more than 30 ft with a double nymph rig and split shot.Art
