Does anyone know the approximate Georgetown gauge height where the tidal basin floods and the flats become roughly fishable? I'm wondering if Joaquin will give us that potential. It looks like according to the link below that it starts flooding around 10.5'. Does that sound about right? If so, I'd guess fish start populating the grass at about 12 feet?
