{Tidal Potomac Fly Rodders} Re: Not sure I should do this, but since I can't make it...

I saw it too!  Even though trout hold in spots within about 100 steps from my front door, I won't be there at all this weekend.  Enjoy folks!

Woolly buggers (I like olive with crystal chenille)
eggs
worms

The biggest "hole" on Accotink is located right behind the baseball field (literally behind home plate) at "Americana Park" in google maps.  There's a rope swing and it's fairly deep -- you can't miss it.  The last brown I caught out of there barfed up a huge amount of red worms on Beth's waders -- it was hilarious.

Upstream under the beltway holds trout, and various spots all the way down to Wakefield park do as well.

There -- busted!  Of course, some days you'll  catch trout all day long and others they don't seem to want to bite.
