I just got back from a walk around the tidal basin. It was still rather stained. Saw one guy with a spinning rod, but he wasn't fishing. Saw one fish take something on the surface, close to the Jefferson Memorial. Water levels up, too, onto the sidewalk in areas. The water was, however, rather calm.
