However, here's where I'd go if you're after a quick trout fix in that part of the state: your main route may take you not far from Quittapahilla Creek in Lebanon County east of Harrisburg, which is a pretty limestone trout stream I have had some luck on right where it runs through Annville. It's a fairly urban fishery there, so despite that I'm sure it gets a lot of pressure, a TPFR guy will feel right at home. :-) Plus there are good places to eat and drink nearby, before getting back on the road (sober, of course!) to Wilkes-Barre.
