I always say the best time to go Shad fishing is whenever you can, so tomorrow from 7-9AM is what you have. That said, you will be fishing the last two hours of an outgoing tide which can be pretty good. Check out Mike Bailey's awesome map and see the spot I labeled FISH AT YOUR FEET. The snap-t will be perfect there, and you shouldn't need super long cast at that stage of tide. Of course, it's still fun to bomb them out there for the pure fun of it! Have a great time.
