I just set my calendar to have "Casting Church & Beer Tie" start Sunday and end Monday evening.

A problem with setting the Beer Tie the Monday after Casting Church is that it is difficult to automate putting it on a digital calendar.  I can easily schedule the 2nd Monday of the month, but scheduling for the Monday after the 2nd Sunday of the month is harder to automatically schedule.
