{Tidal Potomac Fly Rodders} Re: In all cases, catch-and-release fishing is strictly prohibited anywhere in Maryland.

This seems like a really weird rule to enforce unless they'd rather just say "no fishing period unless you can social distance while doing so" but didn't want to upset people who were looking to catch dinner/stretch their food dollars a bit.
