{Tidal Potomac Fly Rodders} Re: In all cases, catch-and-release fishing is strictly prohibited anywhere in Maryland.

I'm not sure how that would really be enforced unless you are fishing somewhere with catch and release regulations.  Are they really going to be sending out COs to make sure people are keeping the fish they catch?  And if so, couldn't you just say it wasn't big enough to bother eating?  

Or worse case just bonk it and take it home.
