Check the PA spring creeks around Carlisle. Big Spring, LeTort and "the run" on the yellow breeches. Boiling Spring Fly shop (now part of TCO) should have info.
Also, The gunpowder is a tailwater, so might be open. But now that everything is thawing, other things should open up.
