{Tidal Potomac Fly Rodders} Re: Heading to do some Salt Water on Monday

I have fished somewhat near that area many times and have done very well. 

I wouldn't kill yourself to fish an outgoing tide right now. That's going to be dirty water with low salinity with all of this rain.

Incoming should be cleaner.
