PA has some great streams up by State College.  I uses to make the 3 hour drive from Pittsburgh over to SC just for a solid dawn to dusk on the water. There are some decent B and B's in the area.  Some of the streams have smallies in them too.  Nothing like a dawn popper bite for smallies, a afternoon of nymphing, followed by an evening of dries.
