Been ok for me this winter. Been a bit since i was there but my brother hammered the bass there last week on some bead chain eye clouser type flies. Its Gotta be outgoing preferably late in the outgoing. And in my experience the pool near the outflow has been a waste of time recently(unless you want 2 inch bluegill). all the action is down by the bridges

Interesting.... I was going to ask if there's any place this weekend worth
visiting other than 4MR. I was out two weeks ago on the banks and saw no
sign of anything, even in the pool.

Could be a lot of cold runoff from snow. However it's been lacking fish most of the winter. Last year too.
