Sorry, I wasn't clear. Bass in freshwater would be a backup to bad surf/other weather that precludes redfish, tarpon, ladyfish, and other targets - salt water the primary target. (current weather got me thinking about contingencies)
I'n taking my inflatable tandem kayak with me, and we'll rent another kayak down there. I found a great list of boat ramps and access points for both Nassau and Duval counties, and also received a great guide recommendation.
