Anyone planning to attend the Project Healing Waters Fly Tying Marathon at the Marine Corps Museum in Quantico ought to be aware of the potential government shutdown. Should Congress not pass a continuing resolution, the event will be canceled/rescheduled for another date. PHWFF National Capital Region is currently looking at up to two to three months out should we need to reschedule. --
